Freedom

THE VALUEBUILDER SYSTEM

What does freedom look like to you?

When you launched your business what future did you see? What have you been working so hard to achieve? For some it’s to travel the world in their retirement, for others it’s to provide for their families, and it might even be to start another business. The ability to choose whatever you want to do with the rest of your life is freedom and that’s what we’re here to help you achieve.

Are you ready?

You’ve undoubtedly worked harder than ever to get this far. Your business is part of you. Before we look into whether your business is ready to sell, it’s essential to understand if you are.

The Personal Readiness to Exit (PRE) Score gives you perspective on where your head is really at.

The ValueBuilder System

The ValueBuilder System is based on the work of John Warrillow, whose best-selling books Built to Sell, The Automatic Customer, and The Art of Selling Your Business have served as a framework for thousands of business owners to achieve successful exits of their businesses and the freedom they deserve.

The System starts with the ValueBuilder Score, which provides an honest viewpoint on the health and value of your business.

In 2015 a friend handed me a copy of a book called Built to Sell. I finished it on a flight back from a conference and ordered two more copies for my business partners from the tarmac when we landed. I told them, “Read this. We’re doing this.” We put the principles in action and were staring in awe at a term sheet less than three years later.
